Szabo Health Care Group came to T Designs needing a corporate identity and website that could hold together a growing portfolio of care brands and position the organisation as a serious player in supported living, disability housing, and dementia care.

THE CHALLENGE
Szabo Health Care Group operates across multiple care verticals: supported living, disability housing, and specialist dementia care, with several sub-brands sitting underneath the parent entity. None of that complexity was visible online. The existing digital presence didn't reflect the scale of the organisation, the depth of its leadership, or the trust it needed to earn from investors, referrers, and prospective residents and families.
They needed a corporate hub that worked for multiple audiences at once: families researching care options, potential investors assessing the business, and professionals looking for a credible referral partner.

A system that holds everything together.
I developed a refined identity for the Szabo Health Care Group parent brand, with a colour hierarchy, typography system, and logo suite that could anchor the group while giving each sub-brand room to breathe. Full brand guideline documentation and export packs were delivered so the internal team could apply the system consistently across every touchpoint.

Built for investors, families, and referrers all at once.
The corporate site needed to serve three very different audiences without feeling like it was built for none of them. Seven core pages cover the essentials: Home, About, Brands, Investor Relations, Careers, News, and Contact. Five templated entity pages give each sub-brand a consistent presence within the parent site.
The investor EOI form captures interest directly. The CMS setup for News and Careers means the internal team can keep the site current without touching code. SEO foundations and Google Analytics are integrated from day one.

AI Chatbot: Sally from Memory Care Support
A knowledgeable, branded presence for families seeking dementia care.
Sally is a Voiceflow-powered chatbot built specifically for the dementia care arm of the Szabo group. She has a branded avatar, answers general dementia and care FAQs, and remembers the visitor's name throughout the conversation, making an inherently difficult topic feel a little more human.
Lead capture is built in, so every conversation that ends with genuine interest flows through to the team as a qualified enquiry rather than a missed website visit.
