Solecare came to T Designs without a visual identity and website. They needed a brand that would attract the right patients and a site that could grow with their practice.

A new podiatry practice has to earn trust fast. Patients searching for help with sports injuries, shockwave therapy, orthotics, or diabetic foot care aren't browsing casually, they're in pain and making quick decisions. Solecare needed a brand that communicated expertise and warmth, and a website that turned those searches into booked appointments from day one.

I built the Solecare Podiatry identity around quiet confidence, the feeling of a practice that actually knows its stuff. The palette draws from royal blue and warm neutrals: clinical enough to be taken seriously, approachable enough to welcome anyone from weekend warriors to elderly diabetic patients.

Built around how patients actually search.
Service pages were structured around the conditions patients search for, not just the treatments on offer. Each with a clear path to booking. The homepage leads with trust signals and a single call to action above the fold.

A practice that runs smoother from the start.
Three Make.com automations connected Solecare Podiatry's website and Cliniko from day one, so no enquiry gets missed, no cancellation goes to waste, and patients are reminded before they forget to show up.

Built in Voiceflow and embedded as a widget on the SoleCare website, the chatbot handles the questions that used to clog up the phone line. Patients get instant answers any time of day — and the team starts each morning without a backlog of basic enquiries to clear.
