DCAA
DCAA came to T Designs as a brand that didn't exist yet. A specialist dementia care organisation that needed a name, an identity, a website, and an AI chatbot, built from scratch, and built to earn the trust of some of the most vulnerable families in Australia.

THE CHALLENGE
A new brand in an emotionally complex space.
The people searching for dementia care support aren't browsing casually. They're adult children, spouses, and family members in the middle of one of the hardest decisions they'll ever make. DCAA needed a brand and digital presence that could meet them in that moment, professional enough to earn the trust of referrers and care coordinators, warm enough to reassure a family who doesn't know where to start. And they needed it built from nothing.
DELIVERABLES
Branding
Built to be trusted before a single conversation.
I developed the full DCAA brand identity as a standalone entity within the Szabo Health Care Group, with its own voice, its own visual language, and its own presence. The palette draws from navy, purple and teal: grounded and clinical, but never cold.

Website
Designed for the person doing the searching at midnight.
The DCAA website was built around the reality of how families research dementia care, often late, often overwhelmed, often unsure what questions to even ask. Every page is structured to reduce that overwhelm: clear service information, plain language, and a direct path to getting in touch. No jargon. No barriers.
