Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to T Designs. By engaging with our web design and graphic design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


2. Services Provided I offer professional web design, development, graphic design, branding, and related services as per agreed project scope.


3. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

  • A 50% deposit is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon project completion.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

  • Payments must be made within 7 days of invoicing.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.


4. Project Timelines

  • Estimated completion dates are provided but may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delays caused by the client, including lack of content or approvals, may impact the timeline.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide necessary content, images, and feedback within agreed timeframes.

  • Any delays in providing required materials may result in project delays or additional costs.


6. Revisions & Approval

  • The project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Final approval must be given before project handover.


7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • T Designs retains the copyright and intellectual property rights for all original work, unless explicitly transferred in writing and upon full payment of an additional copyright transfer fee.

  • T Designs reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes, including portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Unused drafts, concepts, or rejected designs remain the property of the Designer.

  • If the design includes third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts, templates), the client must adhere to their respective licensing agreements.

  • T Designs is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from third-party assets provided by the client.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the client cancels the project before completion, a percentage of the payment will be retained based on work completed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.


9. Liability & Warranty

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damages due to website downtime, security breaches, or third-party software failures.

  • Clients must regularly maintain and update websites to ensure security and functionality.

  • T Designs is not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal disputes resulting from the use of the designs.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for the proper usage of the final product.


10. Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate third-party plugins, software, or services. We are not responsible for their updates, changes, or disruptions. Unless clients have subscribed to a maintenance service plan.


11. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.


12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.


13. Agreement

  • By working with T Designs, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
